NEW CLASS ADDED!!!

Ok so as of next Saturday (31st May 2014) we have a new class added to our Saturday Morning Timetable...INSANITY!!!

So the timetable will be...

METAFIT 8:45 - 9:15am
ABS BLAST 9:15 - 9:45am
INSANITY 9:45 - 10:35am - Are you ready to DIG DEEP!!!

Choose your class and lets get in serious shape!
